One of my favorite places we have traveled to is Margaree Valley. It is a teeny tiny town in Cape Breton. Cape Breton is an island in northern Nova Scotia. We had a 4 night stay in this little village and it was kinda like stepping back in time. My host family and I took our girls swimming in the river and blueberry picking.

THE BEST PLACE TO PICK WILD BLUEBERRIES WAS AT THE MARGAREE "AIRPORT".
JACKIE MANGED TO PICK SOME BLUEBERRIES IN BETWEEN CATCHING BUGS!
JACKIE AND JULIAN ALSO ENJOYED EATING QUITE A FEW! LOOK AT THOSE BLUE TONGUES!
