The kids flew out of New York City. After they left late in the afternoon the 5 of us Western Aunties said goodbye to Uncle Vic and our bus from a hotel. We dried our tears and tried to focus on having a fun night in the city. We took a taxi and went to see the famous Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. It was amazing! I loved all the lights! I was also amazed at the hundreds and hundreds of people of the streets! What a crazy atmosphere! We bought yummy roasted peanuts on the street and walked to Times Square to eat dinner. It was a memorable way to end our time together.
